Planned Downtime
This site (http://www.niftyhost.us) will be down intermittently for the next 96 hours due to datacenter migration. IPs will be changed during this process, so if you find yourself unable to access the site try flushing your DNS.

How much of those 96 hours is dns propagation and how much is actual maintenance?

96 hours is a generous estimate.
